From Coach to Creator
I spent years coaching clients in commercial gyms, and that’s how I developed this equipment. In a busy gym, you can’t afford to wait for the exact dumbbell your program calls for—precision matters. On top of that, most gyms don’t even know what the shin‑blaster (tibialis anterior) is, and the only “alternatives” are not even worth to include in a routine.
No matter who I trained, I consistently saw better results with free weights and simple tools like a glute glider rather than with any machine. With dumbbells, I preferred different variations—even loading one side heavier than the other. I didn’t invent these ideas—Arnold Schwarzenegger spoke about them decades ago—I simply tested and confirmed them in practice.
